Cardflow Grading provides a platform for card shops and businesses to manage PSA grading submissions, track orders, and communicate with customers. The Service includes order management, automated notifications, customer tracking portals, and integrations with third-party services.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes

4. Subscription and Payments

Cardflow Grading offers various subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardflow Grading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
